Favourite Movies: Too hard to pick. So many good movies. Spirited Away might be my favorite animated film, though. Also I like certain movies that I think are otherwise crap but have a few good moments or a decent villain - for instance Star Trek: Into Darkness. These tend to make me want to write fix-it fic.
TV Shows: Elementary, Sherlock, House, Downton Abbey, Borgias, Twin Peaks, Defying Gravity and some other canceled sci-fi shows, NCIS, just about any police procedural. Also any British detective series - Poirot, Morse, Midsomer Murders, etc. I liked the first season of Revenge but lost interest after that. I just bought Caprica and season one of Hex, so we will see what I think of them. Curious about Being Human, Warehouse 13, Upstairs Downstairs. Have seen some Doctor Who and liked it.
Books: Very very hard. I take Jonathan Livingston Seagull and The Little Prince with me wherever I go; The Neverending Story was a huge influence on me; love Gatsby; anything by Pratchett or Agatha Christie, Ladies No. 1 Detective Agency, Faust, a whole lot of stuff.
Comics/Anime/Misc: Black Butler and Death Note are the big ones right now, but I'm also getting into X, Blue Exorcist, and some other stuff. Gaiman's Sandman. I like Batman though I'm not really involved in the fandom. Hayao Miyazaki's films.
