Fannish Interests: My most active fandom is RISE OF THE GUARDIANS / GUARDIANS OF CHILDHOOD, and all the wonderful AUs that have branched off from it, like the Wardrobeverse and Nightmare Dork University. I am also a fan of BLAKE'S 7, FRINGE, DOCTOR WHO [classic more than NuWho, but I adore the 12th Doctor, Bill, and Nardole dynamic, as well as the 10th Doctor, Donna Noble, and Wilfred Mott], and PUSHING DAISIES.
I like to post about: I write fanfiction for the RotGoC / NDU fandoms mentioned above... my works can be found at AO3 under the name sylphidine_gallimaufry. I will probably put some personal entries here as well, but I don't expect to have a lot of friends-only posts here to start with. For my other fandoms, particularly Classic Who and B7, I am a reader / consumer of fanworks rather than a creator. I also tend to do a lot of fandom meta thinking, which comes out in essay form. I missed my calling as a university lecturer.
About Me/Other Info:
* Queer and medically intersex, female-presenting, use she/her pronouns.
* I am a bookstore owner, which helps keep my bibliomania in check.
* I'm legally blind and mobility impaired.
* I do a lot of loom-knitting and am currently working on a series of scarves for my main
ships... RotG BlackIce, RotG BlackSand, NDU StageFright, and NDU NightmareGalleon.
* I think in music and love nearly everything I listen to.
